ARE YOU EVER PUTTING ORNAMENTS BACK ON SALE?
Yes! Don't worry at all. They'll be back.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
I ship 1-4 days after your purchase unless a shipping timeframe is indicated on the product's page. For standard orders, you should typically receive your order within 5-10 business days (7-14 business days for international orders.)


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
YES! I ship worldwide.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I have a no refund or exchange policy. If there's an issue with your product or you do not receive it, contact me within 30 days of your order’s shipping date (45 days for international orders) and we'll sort it out!


TELL ME MORE ABOUT PRE-SALE ITEMS
If an item is designated as a pre-sale item, it will be not be shipped out until the designated timeframe that is indicated on the listing. If a pre-sale ornament is purchased in the same transaction as an ornament that is NOT pre-sale, you will not receive either item until the pre-sale item is available for shipping per the designated shipping timeframe. However, if you purchase another item in the same transaction as the pre-sale ornament, such as a print with an ornament, you will receive the print in normal time, as the print will be shipping in a different package. There will be no refunds on pre-sale items.
