- Holiday season: Orders ship within 2–6 business days. Because many products are holiday-specific, I always work to ship within this window. Refunds are not issued for carrier delays if the item was shipped on time, even if it does not make it before the holiday.
- Regular season (non-holiday): Orders ship within 3–7 business days. We're a small business (just me and my wife!), so thank you for your patience.
- All orders typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 4–10 days (domestic) after USPS receives the package. Your delivery speed depends on your location relative to mine (I ship from New York!)
- Once USPS has your package, delivery speed and tracking updates are out of my control. Packages may be a little slower during the holidays, so I appreciate your patience and order!
- Yes! International orders usually take 1–4 weeks depending on your location and any carrier delays. Thanks in advance for your patience on receiving your package!
- For packages delivering to the UK, there may be a chance you will have to pay an import VAT once your package enters your country. This is something that I will not be able to control due to BREXIT. Thanks again for your understanding!
- Yes—once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number!
- A small percentage of packages are scanned late, scanned improperly, or not scanned until final delivery. Please note that if your package does not show updated tracking info, this is probably the case.
- This does not mean your package is lost. 99% of the time, the package is moving slowly within the mail system but still on its way. It should arrive to you in due time.
- If you do not receive your package within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), I will re-ship your order.
- If your package is reporting as delivered and you do not have it, I kindly ask that you first contact me (the shipper) with tracking questions before filing a claim.
- Please also check first with anyone you live with, neighbors, building management / front desk, and surrounding buildings (mis-deliveries happen!)
- I am not responsible for refunding mis-delivered or stolen packages that are marked as “delivered". However, please contact me if this happens so I can review the situation and see what options may be available.
- Orders are shipped to the exact address you enter at checkout. It is your responsibility to double check your shipping address before you finalize your order, as I do not issue re-shipments for incorrect address delivery. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided.
- Once a shipping label is created and picked up by the carrier, the responsibility falls on you to file any claims with carriers for damaged, lost, and/or stolen shipments.
- If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
- Gift orders: Please put the recipient’s name (NOT YOURS) on the shipping address to avoid delivery issues.

Shipping prices are determined by USPS based on weight. The shipping prices are exactly what USPS charges me for your order. I do not take into account packaging materials within this charge, so please understand that I am trying actively to get you the very best price for your order!
